Engineers and technicians monitoring water for organic loads will find the new UV80 Dissolved Organics Sensor from Electro-Chemical Devices (ECD) features accurate UV254 sensing and lets them choose the transmitter or controller of their choice via built-in Modbus compatible serial communications. The UV80’s applications include: stored surface water or treated drinking water, wastewater, storm water, industrial processes requiring sanitary organic-free water, such as food/beverage, pharmaceutical, electric power generation and semiconductor plants.
